Mankato Feed Mill

In December of 2008, the Mankato Feed Mill was upgraded with a 6 ton double ribbon, high speed mixer that is fed by this 18 bin micro table pictured here.  The micro table is wired to our computer system that weighs product out with consistency and precision, without human error.  The mill upgrade is a state of the art manufacturing system that combines speed and mixing accuracy. 

Our Mankato grain facility has a 200,000 bushel capacity with more on the drawing board.  Our plan is to have a state-of-the-art grain facility with greater storage capacity and a faster, more efficient grain dumping system. Stay tuned for more news!

Pictured here is the computer control panel for the Mankato feed mill.  This is the brain center that directs the grinding, mixing, load-out and feed ingredients receiving systems at the mill.  It is an awesome piece of technology!
